Cacao ceremonies are group meditation experiences, enhanced by the natural properties of raw cacao that facilitate the release of accumulated stress for participants and a greater connection with their emotions. We will begin by drinking the cocoa as an infusion, reminding them that it begins to have a physical effect between 20 and 30 minutes after consuming it. Cacao accelerates the blood flow in our body, so our brain receives greater clarity, as well as our heart begins to beat and be heard. We will invite our attendees to relax and allow themselves to feel and understand the journey within. The environment will be set with music that will help them in their introspection. To close, we will invite you to do a round of reflection so that you can share your experience and your learning through this beautiful ritual and we will enjoy delicious appetizers from our Xococalli allies. Our goal is to allow you to express yourself and feel yourself grow from within in a space without judgment, and that in our circle, you find the support you may be looking for. Throughout the ceremony, attendees will be encouraged to actively participate and express any doubts or questions about Cocoa, its history and its benefits.
